By accessing or using theaiguy.gg ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site.

The Site is operated by Coady Media Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

• Information about our D&D shows and content
• Homebrew game materials for download
• Community features including voting and "hype" interactions
• User accounts for tracking preferences

5.2 Homebrew Materials

Our homebrew D&D materials are provided under the following terms:

• Personal Use: You may download and use our homebrew materials for personal, non-commercial games
• Attribution: If you share or reference our materials, please credit "The AI Guy" or "theaiguy.gg"
• No Commercial Use: You may not sell our homebrew materials or include them in commercial products without written permission
• No Modification for Redistribution: You may not modify and redistribute our materials as your own

5.3 D&D / Wizards of the Coast

Dungeons & Dragons and related terms are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Our homebrew content is fan-made and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.

6. User Interactions

The Site allows you to vote on shows and "hype" upcoming projects. These interactions:

• Are limited to one vote/hype per user per item
• May be changed but not stacked
• Are displayed publicly as aggregate counts
• May be reset or removed at our discretion

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (YouTube, Patreon, Discord, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or harmful components
